Brookewood Construction Co., Inc. cooperates with active licensed brokers and their active, licensed Real Estate Agents, in regard to securing a Brookewood Construction Co., Inc. construction agreement for their client(s).

Brookewood Builders strongly values our local Central Ohio REALTORS® and real estate professionals. We are happy to assist your buyers and compensate you for your referral efforts. Like most builders, we do maintain a strict policy that a real estate agent must accompany their buyers to the initial consultation to our office, model home, design center or site consultation. If the agent or broker is unable to accompany their buyer, we ask that you make sure your buyer informs the Brookewood team of their relationship with you as their REALTOR® or broker at initial contact.
In accordance with the Columbus Board of REALTORS® Buyer Registration Policy, it is the REALTOR® or broker’s responsibility to inform their Buyers of our registration policy and maintain contact with their clients.
By filling out this form, you represent that you have obtained authorization from your buyer to provide Brookewood Builders their contact information AND that you have a signed an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement with your buyer. Unless otherwise noted, REALTOR® compensation is based on the base price of the home only.
Registrations made after a buyer’s initial contact with Brookewood Builders will not be carried out unless the buyer informs Brookewood Builders of their representation at the initial contact. If your buyer initially registered with Brookewood Builders as an unrepresented buyer via the internet, phone, public event or model home, agents attempting to register later will NOT be entitled to any compensation.
We ask that ALL real estate agents and brokers conduct themselves in accordance with the Suggested Guidelines For Buyer Registration, set forth by the Columbus Board of REALTORS®.
Any disputes between a REALTOR® or real estate broker and Brookewood Builders will be resolved by us in our sole discretion prior to distributing any compensation.
